Can I see you if I don't live in your city/state?

Yes! We work with clients virtually from all over the world, via zoom, video conference or phone.

How will I get my labwork completed if I'm not seeing you in person?

Easy peasy! We do all of the leg work and will drop-ship the lab kits to your home.  To complete the testing, you have the ability to visit a local lab or utilize an in-home phlebotomy service.  We will also be sending you instructional videos to simplify the whole process.

Do you accept insurance?

MNDSHFT’s consultative services are cash-based only.  We work directly for you, not for the insurance company that can negotiate what we can and cannot offer and provide for your health care.

We gladly accept payment support via a health savings and/or flexible spending account. These accounts allow you to use pre-tax dollars to pay for health related expenses.  We accept these methods of payment for deposits, virtual visit costs, and in some cases, supplements.

How much do your services cost?

Great question! In order to learn about our comprehensive, all-inclusive services, we ask that you apply to partner with MNDSHFT by clicking the “Become a Client” button on the website.   This will guide you through a brief initial intake questionnaire and direct you to our scheduling page, to book your Consultation Call.  We will then get into all of the amazing details!

Should I wait to start this program until after the holiday?

There will ALWAYS be a “next thing.”  Whether it is an event, a trip, a birthday, a holiday…  Your personal transformation and growth will only begin when you break down the habits and routines that have previously held you back.  It’s best to answer this question with a question… are you willing to wait any longer?
